"This was my second stay. There was a small glitch this time, about construction. I have to say it was handled very professionally; the problem was explained to me (it wasn't the fault of the hotel) and the matter was resolved. The standards of service here, from front of house, to the bar, to the Bougainvillia restaurant, where we ate for three nights, was exceptional. We will return."
