"The hotel was great, but the service provided by Hotels.com was not. My reservation was not transferred to the hotel, Hotels.com does not provide the hotels reservation number so they hotel cannot look it up, you cannot call anyone at hotels.com, you have to download an app just to communicate with anyone. In all it took 45 minutes to check in, 40 minutes was searching for the reservation and downloading an app to contact Hotels.com."
