"If you want an economical alternative, this might be for you. Unless it's rush hour, it's a cheap $3 15-minute Uber ride to the Walled City. The rooms are clean and the staff really try to please. Our view was an air shaft and another room's window. The breakfast is limited but freshly made and includes fruit, sugary juice blends, egg dishes and coffee. Dining options in the immediate area are limited but include a couple of seafood restaurants and lots of take-out empanadas and deep-fried...

"As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . Thank you to all. "

"Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is located few blocks from central commercial for eating. Cons: Air conditioner was very weak. Lighting in room extremely poor. Breakfast was very limited. But the worst was the loud noise from the nearby nightclubs all night long. "

"They only provide 1 towel per person, which is ok to some degree. Because there is no towel to clean your hands in the bathroom and if you ask for a clean one it was really hard to get it. You must return the dirty one first and they will verify with the stuff that they didn’t left more in your room before giving it to you. "

"Unfortunately I had a terrible stay here. Check in was a nightmare despite me having booked the room online. You have to buzz into the hotel, and no one told me and it wasn't clear - just a locked door in front of you. They tried to say I didn't pay and finally I had to show them my booking to convince them otherwise. It didn't get any better as my room was dirty with hair and dirt all over the bathroom. The girl then went around some empty rooms to try find a clean one, finally on the 5th one...

"A cute little boutique hotel with amazing staff. We loved the location and were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Centro. The included breakfast was delicious with generous portion sizes. The bed and linens were very comfortable and AC kept our room ice cold. The lobby was only accessible with a key card and monitored by staff, ensuring only hotel guests had access. We appreciated the added layer of security, but never felt unsafe during our time in the hotel or walking the city....

"Our stay was very nice. The property is well maintained with a small inside Oasis with turtles included. The personalized breakfast was incredible. The Africa suite is beautiful and VERY clean but it has a very strong smell of humidity(if asthma issues) and its tight for a family. They expected us with baby shampoo which was a wonderful touch and overall excellent service. Roman is a gem. Would stay here again."
