"Excellent design, fantastic room (duplex suite) and great location in the Eixample area of Barcelona. A very comfortable stay in terms of the quality of bed and sofa and the look of the hotel interiors. Quality bathroom products etc. However, it took around 10 minutes (no exaggeration) to get hot water through the taps in the room.
