Walls are really thin (could sometimes hear people's conversations and shower) but wasn't an issue as I didn't hear anything after 11pm and was able to sleep soundly. Area is nice and staff is really kind! About a 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of restaurants around.

The property was in a great location. The hotel was nice and it was clean. Our room was always cleaned and the staff were super nice. The rooms could be a bit more soundproof as I heard others in their room at night.

Decent hotel with a good location
I would stay here again, just 1 fault…room 410 is end of building and it sounded like next doors tv was on the wall above our headboard, our only concern/complaint but hotel did offer to move us.

Rooms were large,bath was difficult to get in and out of if you're short, swimming pool area was nice to have and they provided towels, breakfast ok but ran out of things. Generally ok , Laundrette around the corner open 365 days a year so very handy. Metro was a long walk away. But on the whole the hotel was fine and perfectly adequate for a city break.

Maybe it is the Barcelona effect, but this hotel was very expensive for what you get. Tired looking, very small room. Not very clean. Very good reception staff. Convenient area. Stayed in a cheaper place in Seville that was far superior.

Nice hotel but not luxary.
I liked firstly the lobby was welcoming.Room was spacios with lots of storage and desk. Really good breakfast with nice ambience. Got a great tasting cake. Rooftot sunbathing was nice addon.Disliked strict checkin times. Flimsy shower. Some fittings really worn, found couple long hairs. Bed is not the most comfortable.

Hotel was very basic. The room was tired and the bed was not comfortable really hard. With thin walls you could hear people in other rooms and their bathrooms. The bathroom was in need of an update. The door to the room did not close properly. The hotel smelt of damp and drains. Breakfast was simple and not great quality. Over all an OK place to stay but would not revisit.

We appreciated having a pool and hot tub on the roof. The breakfast was excellent, with a large range of options and it ran from 7am–11am which meant we had lots of flexibility in the mornings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. While the reception area was tidy & modern, the rooms themselves and hallways felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. We were disappointed to find long hairs on the bathroom and bedroom floors upon checking in. We also found it strange that, despite booking a double bed, the sheets had been made up as two singles. The bed was formed of twin beds pushed together (which I think is quite normal for hotel rooms) but it was odd that they'd been fitted with two sets of single sheets rather than one set of double sheets. The configuration of the bathroom was slightly tight, making it difficult to open and close the door. We were also disappointed that the bath tub could only be used as a shower, because there was no plug or baths taps present. All that said, the location was convenient and it felt safe.

Hotel that I would call worthy only of the worst favela ! But neither ,considering the racist attitude of the reception staff toward their fellow citizens of colored skin and less affluent classes. They do not dignify them with a greeting or attention , while with us whites they are pandering and servile. The hotel because of its location is very noisy Both because of the busy street and because of construction work on two buildings the work goes on day and night. The lobby looks good but the rooms are spartan . Cleanliness leaves something to be desired : sheets never changed in a week . In the bathroom from the drain grates come out cockroaches and other insects during the night hours . And dulcis in fundo if you receive a courtesy visit in the room even of health personnel have to pay as if they were staying overnight . In short, a piece of crap. Be ocular in your choice of hotel so as not to ruin your vacation
