"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home with our family. It’s clear the owners have put so much thought and care into every detail—everything felt brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with great taste. The home was stocked with a fantastic selection of books, board games, and high-quality kitchen appliances, which made it feel extra welcoming and comfortable. The location is also a standout—just minutes from Marine Parade and the ocean. Highly recommended!"

"We loved our stay. The house was very well equipt and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is a very old house and we were there in the middle of winter. The ground floor was a bit cold and drafty, especially when the curtains were open. Summer would be amazing."

"This place is perfect, she made soup and baking. eggs and all sorts. She even made homemade muslie. Was a lovely stay and we will be back. "

"out in a vineyard, special place."

"Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"We loved the cottage from the moment we arrived. Its old world charm, but extremely comfortable presentation, was a delight. The welcome notes and information was truly hospitable. Everything worked, food offerings and amenities abundant. Thank you, wouldve loved to have stayed longer."

"The view was exactly what we wanted however the property left a lot to be desired. It needed a good clean inside and out, there were crumbs on the floor on our arrival, the counters and table top were sticky/greasy, the oven was disgusting, the dish cloth was rank and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a good long while. The outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in cobwebs not something easily cleaned off."

"A clean and tidy location near Ahuriri and the port. The buzz of the port action was great to see, and the accommondation was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. A short easy walk to the cafes at Ahuriri. Good to have a break away."

"Great location. Couldn’t be any more central. Very handy having a car park. We just walked in to town every day for brunch. A 5 min walk away from the hot pools. Will definitely stay again"
