"Fig cottage is such an appropriate name. You are living in a delightful cottage on the edge of their garden which is just full of an array of plants. Location was close to everything with our car. The addition of homemade jam and fresh fruit made a wonderful addition to our simple breakfasts.The cottage has everything you could possibly want and a lovely porch to sit on at the end of the day. "Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"We really liked the location, and it suited a larger group so we could walk every ware to shops and attractions. The views are excellent however with the ranch slider open there is a lot of road traffic noise. Property is very tired with kitchen cupboards falling off, stair hand rail loose, Bathroom tap loose. We had to remove a rug in lower bedroom on floor and put in garage as it stunk of cat urine. "
