"The Nautilus was perfect for the night we needed to spend in Napier. It was handy to the CBD and with easy parking. We enjoyed the view, the excellent water pressure in the shower, and the spa bath! We brought dinner to eat in and found the kitchenette in the room had everything we needed."

"Really friendly and helpful receptionist. Attached but independent restaurant gave terrible service for breakfast. Despite chasing things up, we were waiting well over half an hour for the coffees we had ordered and 50 minutes for our meal order. It’s best to eat elsewhere."
