"We really liked the location, and it suited a larger group so we could walk every ware to shops and attractions. The views are excellent however with the ranch slider open there is a lot of road traffic noise. Property is very tired with kitchen cupboards falling off, stair hand rail loose, Bathroom tap loose. We had to remove a rug in lower bedroom on floor and put in garage as it stunk of cat urine. "

"Central to most of the activites and sites our small school group needed to do. Clean and relaxing and very easy to use kitchen. Plenty of room to lounge around in both with an upstairs and downstairs. Tried to fill in 'other' on who stayed, but wouldnt let me. There were 2 teachers and 5 Year 11 (15 year olds) students. Please let the owners know a small plate was broken."

"Was very hot on entry, took a few minutes to climatise and get some airflow going.Nicely appointed, weather did not play along, but HB needed the rain.Will stay again but without teenager next time. Probably a bit pricy, but reasonable for Xmas.Probably "

"Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"The cottage, just outside Havelock North, was a great place to stay, had all the amenities required, fridge, oven, dishwasher etc. Very peaceful and a very short drive to cafes and shops in the township. "

"A clean and tidy location near Ahuriri and the port. The buzz of the port action was great to see, and the accommondation was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. A short easy walk to the cafes at Ahuriri. Good to have a break away."
