Richard has beautifully designed,decorated all rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Everyone so friendly the food was always delicious and cooked fresh by lovely Luisandra & Milagros spotlessly cleaned by Jordania.This place exceeded our expectations the neighbourhood is very safe with the location made it easy to explore the City, With true authentic Cuban vibes. "No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas de Casa Factoria y de sus anfitriones o estaria escribiendo un dia entero!!! Esta en un lugar privilegiado, donde puedes ir andando a todos sitios. La recogida y llevada al aeropuerto, perfecta. El paseo en coche super chulo antiguo por toda La Habana, increible. Los desayunos en la azotea con la piscinita, ricos y agradables. El viaje a la playa, alucinante. Las conversaciones, divertidas e informativas.TODO, todo INMEJORABLE!!! I cannot write enough good things about this place and the hosts or I would be writing for a week! Everything was impecable, entertaining and worth it. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the moment they dropped us off, it was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible, you can walk everywhere, the tour of Havana in their super cool old car was super entertaining and informative. The breakfast in the little rooftop, yummy, the little pool was beautiful. It is super clean, and the rooms have air-which we seldom used because it was cool at night. If we ever go back to Havana-cross my fingers-we will definitely stay there!"

"Must stay here! We will be staying at VOYA for every Havana or Cuban getaway. This hotel is like no other. From the very moment we arrived, the check in experience was smooth and were greeted with the staple drink. (Allow VOYA to Arrange the airport pickup, very worth the extra fee and hassle free). The architecture was beautiful and our room had all the toiletries we could ask for. Even greeted with homemade chocolates upon arrival to the room. We stayed in the suite on the 1st floor which let us walk out from our patio to the pool and pool bar. Highly recommended. The breakfast was tasty, with local breads, and ham and cheese. Cute decor on the coffee, every time it was a different design. The staff and owner knew us by name and were so attentive and had attention to detail like I’ve never experienced before. We ate in the restaurant and were blown away at the presentation and flavor. To no surprise the owner enlightened us that the chef there was trained by an another Michelin star chef and shared that a lot of the inspiration for the hotel comes from the owners time in Dubai. Speaks for itself. During our stay they helped to arrange taxis to the city center and even to the beach which was ~2 hours away. Checking out, they let us all choose a Cuban themed magnet, which we placed on our fridge. Such a gem, tucked away and quiet. Loved it here and other hotels around the world could take note on the excellence VOYA brings. I would invest in any place this owner opens,"

"Great property located in a neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown. The staff are all amazing. Across the street is one of the best restaurants and three blocks down is another nice restaurant. This is a 100 yr old bldg. If you are thinking American hotel amenities, not that kind of place. This is old world charm with 12 ft doors and 20 ft ceilings on every floor. It needs painting but so does all of Cuba. You can't go wrong with this place. We walked around day and night with no fear. Plus the have locked compound with security. We will be back for sure."
