"Front desk clerk was very friendly, inviting and efficient - a great first impression. Hotel was only 8 months old so cleanliness was good but inexplicably the shower stall was already leaking water! The room was rather cramped but comfortable. Our dinner was good and made better by excellent service. Since we had an early flight we partook of the breakfast. The variety wasn't bad but it was in no way a good value for what we got. "

This hotel has amazing palace facility but the thing that makes it really unique is the team that greets you with a smile and takes care of you way beyond regular. We stayed during the huge blackout, everything was chaotic around but the team took care of us - updating, resuming water supply with a generator and taking care of meals for all guests free of charge!
