"Stayed in an end unit and it was spacious but kind of beat up around the edges: chipped paint on the floor trim and door, rust on bathroom heater, bathroom tiles misaligned. Didn't have all the toiletries in my room upon check in and the furniture is hard wood with slim padding so a bit uncomfortable after a while. Bed was decent and the room was clean. Quiet and safe area. Office was closed at 8 despite the card saying 9 and only an "emergency" number listed for after hours. Overall not bad for...

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...
