Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."
