"The staff - each person consistently greats you with a big hello and a warm Thai smile. Each staff member loves their job and it’s reflected each time how they treat their guest in the most genuine way. Reception is awesome, including the Bellman. This is the face of the Muse Hotel. The other employees are awesome, as well - from housecleaning to the bar & restaurant servers. "

"The hotel staff from every department starting from management , front desk , restaurant and bell staff are friendly and provide excellent service . The food choices oh the buffet are tasty . They even has a special gift for us in the suite .They were even very accommodating to us in giving late check out as we have a very late flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family and couples. Kudos to Cape House team !!"
