Our room was very clean and elegant with tue most incredible views; sunrise and sunsets every day from our living area. Washer and dryer right in the room too. The hotel is in the middle of the city so walkable to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved our stay here and highly recommend. "

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
