"Lovely place with all the essentials in the room and a great lobby environment. Good breakfast BUT MOST importantly the staff in the restaurant just need to be smiling and be more engaged with the guests, to make one feel welcome! They were surely vigilant at their job."

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."

"Beautiful property in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. All easily walkable Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Beds and linens are high quality and in excellent condition as expected. Breakfast is outstanding. Ruby in the dinning area took great care of us each day, going above and beyond to exceed our every need. The pool is quaint and quiet with a gorgeous city view. Only complaint, they don’t heat the pool, so it was too cold to get in. Roof top restaurant and bar is a great place for afternoon cocktails with a beautiful city view during sunset. Housekeeping took great pride in their work and kept the rooms impeccable. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, food, ambiance and rooms. "

"We stayed here our last night in Bangkok, after a two week stay in Thailand. It was the perfect place to relax, work out, eat ake a long hot bath, and prepare for our long flight home. All the amenities you could want and exceptional service."

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
