The neighborhood is quiet but safe and within walking distance of so many attractions plus the tube/buses. The hotel is modern and clean with all of the necessary amenities plus extras. The hotel was committed to ensuring that we had a great experience. The front desk and restaurant staff were all professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast option was great and worth the cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends. "

"The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious.
