"Great overall. Large space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Beautiful views of the lake. Bathroom floors and rugs need to cleaner. Outdoor trash container needs to be larger for family stays. Outdoor terrain and indoor steps were worrisome for kids and elderly folks. "

"Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. "We came in just behind a nice little snow storm for the area but that added to the ambience. This property is perfect right now (January) for a nice quiet retreat into the wilderness. The property manager, Linda, is very friendly, and truly cares about providing a happy and positive experience while you stay in the home. I will definitely look to rebook when I come back up for a visit to my TN friends and family. "

"We arrived to a clean and cozy place off the beaten path. Lots of wildlife to view. Deer were in the yard. If you know Tennessee then you know you can exspect some insects indoors during the winter months. Host was quick to answer any questions. overall 10/10"

"There were 5 of us who stayed at the property for a family reunion in a neighboring town. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we really enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and very inviting with country quilts on all the beds. Very homey and cozy. Tommy was a great host. "

We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! "

"It was not sitting as noted in the pictures, I understand because of mud but that was a long time ago, it’s very dry there now. It wasn’t stabilized well, it shook if we moved. Otherwise things were good, nice n clean , could have better towels and no dish towels. We enjoyed it. Thank you"
