"It was not sitting as noted in the pictures, I understand because of mud but that was a long time ago, it’s very dry there now. It wasn’t stabilized well, it shook if we moved. Otherwise things were good, nice n clean , could have better towels and no dish towels. We enjoyed it. Thank you"

"The home and grounds were absolutely lovely! We enjoyed so many things during our stay! Feeding the horses, golf cart rides, kayaking on the lake, the pool and hot tub, the hiking, the game room, pickleball! It was a fun and yet relaxing stay! We also biked, saw a ton of deer and had an impromptu boat ride to see the local flowers blooming along the cliffs of the rivers! "Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. "Just book it! Everything was great! Pool heated to great temp, sauna, outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture and heater for cooler mornings/evenings, BIG jacuzzi. Brian was great and seems to have thought of everything! From outdoor lighting, tissues, bathroom spray, candles, oils, kitchen stuff, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra toilet paper and paper towels, fishing stuff, kayaks, robes, cornhole boards, and more! "The only unfortunate situation was the dog next door getting out of the house and coming over to greet us as we arrived. Beware of this dog if it is there still, it is not a nice dog and gave us a very bad scare being aggressive. Thankfully we were all able to make it in the house safe! I feel terrible writing this because this house is perfect. but I feel it is important that it could save someone else a very bad situation. Clean and cute! "Spacious rooms, large bedrooms, large restrooms, I left a shirt there and they returned it to me. Probably the best VRBO I've stayed in and I stayed in lots around the country. The bed was very comfortable and a great pillow to sleep on. Took the train to Nashville. It was very convenient, nice and inexpensive. You get a whole lot for your money. I'll be back. "
