"Overall a good, standard beachfront property. Timely communication with property owner. An issue with the air conditioning occurred during our stay which was inconvenient for one day, but was quickly resolved the next. The bed in the second bedroom (with Queen) is poor and needs replacing. One outdoor pool clean and adequately heated in the early spring."

"It may have been the time of year we stayed, but the complex was not busy at all!! It was such a cute and quiet complex! This unit is on the 2nd floor on the end! You have a great view of the bay and the beautiful pond in the middle. You also are a very short walk across the street to the gulf beach! May have been because it was early April, but it was basically a private beach. Maybe 2-4 other family’s on the beach with us at a time. We were able to find all kinds of shells and not worry about...

"We had to leave on Tuesday morning so we could get home before the storm since since it was on the dirty side so we really didn’t get to enjoy our vacation as well as we thought we did. We drove all through the night and got home at midnight last night could not get a motel room anywhere, other than that, it was very nice place "

"We enjoyed our time at this condo. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was as described, clean and in good working order. We loved the closet with beach chairs/umbrellas, that was a nice surprise. The only area where I could see room for improvement was in the bathrooms. They were not as nice as the rest of the condo - they were dated (but clean). Thanks for a fantastic week in the sun! "
