"I arrived around 9:45 and they couldn’t locate my original reservation. They said they couldn’t find me and didn’t have my reservation. After looking she found the reservation I had made almost 2 months ago she said it was their mistake. Even though they didn’t have my type of room available they were able to accommodate me with another room. After that everything was perfect "

"It's a small guesthouse in a gated-community near the airport, and is protected by security. There is no 24 hour reception, so if you're arriving early or at night contact them and let them know in advance so they know when to expect you. The watcher doesn't speak English well. There's no room service (it's just a room) but it's safe and very clean. There is a microwave, coffee and hot water available in the common area, and the TV is connected to streaming services. "

""The HOST" should be the most accurate if I can describe the experience in a simple expression. Marcos has been an amazing host, from the beginning during the check-in you have the sensation that you are staying in a second home away from home. He goes the extra mile in guest experience and knows the best places to visit dining and chill out with friends or alone nearby. The Hostal is in a safe area with a great location, between the most popular area in town and Paseo de Cayala. "

"Buena hospitalidad."

"No tienen personal, el señor encargado de la recepción , e el mesero y el que arregla desperfectos. No hay coordinación apropiada con el transporte a pesar que tiene un costo extra. No lo esperan para recibirlo, estuvimos en la recepción por más de 30 mins sin que nadie nos diera un recibimiento. No sabían que habitación nos correspondía, no habían insumos de limpieza en el baño, el restaurante no abre temprano en la mañana."

"Only 2 weaknesses are no food available close and weak WiFi. Overall though was a great place to stay 5 mins from airport and shuttle was given right when we were ready to go. No waiting around for pick up times. As for the food they were more than helpful in ordering in. Nice room, location and staff. "

"Bathroom didn't flush, the shower barely worked, my room was not clean when I got there - they were supposed to clean it before I returned at night but didn't. I had to park on the street. I don't think they even changed the sheets of the bed, it was a bad experience."
