"I like that the hotel is so close to the airport. The staff is very responsive if you text them through Expedia. They are able to respond in English. They can book you a shuttle any time of day or night. The hotel feels safe because of the security doors. There is a secluded grassy area as well. The room is clean the water is hot and there is excellent water pressure. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room rates are reasonable. It is on a busy street but it’s car noise not people making noise. I always travel with earplugs so it’s an easy fix. The bed is really comfortable for me and the furniture in the room is new. I stayed here twice and I’ll return next time I’m flying in or out of Guatemala City. "
