"Staying here felt like our own private resort. It was perfect for what we needed which was to unplug. It truly is an oasis. It's close enough to everything - shopping, beaches, groceries, restaurants, etc - but wonderful to come back to without the chaos of resorts/resort towns if that's what you're looking for. Debbie was so kind and accommodating and really went out of her way when we needed help (nothing to do with the property). 5 out of 5 stars for everything - thank you Debbie!"

"This villa was excellent. The photos are accurate. The location is great for seeing the island if you have a car. The pool is unheated but we still used it every day in February. The beds are comfortable. The villa was generously provisioned (loo paper, soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, washing liquid and conditioner, dozens of dishwasher tablets, beach towels, bath towels, lots of crockery and kitchen equipment).Getting into the villa was straightforward. There was an online check-in to do, which I needed help with, but Carla was very responsive via WhatsApp and also in advance of our stay in answering our questions.The view of volcanoes from the master bedroom was a treat every morning and the garden is well maintained.Overall I was very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying in future."

"Our stay was great for many reasons. Location - this house is in a quiet residential area, away from roads and busy tourist areas,perfect if you want peace, quiet and privacy. There is plenty of space (secure behind an electric gate) for parking a car, which you’ll need if you’re staying this far from the main resort areas. Small convenience stores nearby with the larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. House and grounds - the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the layout is great with enough space to ensure you’re not falling over the top of one another. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped and contains pretty much everything you need for holiday catering. The patio area is enormous so you can follow the sun all day. The pool is built into the volcanic rock landscaping with no pool cover so you do have to scoop out leaves/debris if it’s been windy. Jose who manages the property comes to clean to pool and ensures he's not disturbing you. If you have very small children you'd have to keep a constant eye on them as there's no way to isolate the pool area or the wider gardens. The outdoor shower and small laundry room with WC mean you don't have to traipse back through the house to the bathroom if you've been in the pool. Comms/contact - Jose provided several recommendations and was super-kind when I left some items behind, ensuring I got them back before my flight. "

"Excellent villa for two families with teenage boys staying for fortnight. Clean property and good size (warm!) pool which was well maintained throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds and the addition of fans during our stay was appreciated. Rural location with great views of volcano and coastline, no concerns with disturbing others or others disturbing us! Very close to airport (10 mins) but no noise from air traffic. The villa's location was ideal for exploring the island and activities with the boys. Local supermarket in Tias has everything you need. Fantastic outdoor BBQ kitchen which was used repeatedly during our stay, the multiple outdoor seating areas worked well throughout the day with plenty of shade. The villa would benefit from an additional sofa in the lounge area and some cushions for the sun loungers to make the hard job of lounging around more comfortable!"

"We had a lovely week exploring Lanzarote. The house was clean and well equipped with the games room and the clean pool. The house is very spacious, albeit a little dated in places and there were some minor issues with the internet, the hot water and the electrics. Overall, we had a good time and the owner was very communicative after check in ownwr . "
