"An amazing villa with fabulous views. Outside space is plentiful with plenty of sunbeds and various lounging areas. The hot tub is an added bonus although we never used it due to the chilly evenings. Really central area for travelling around the island. The villa itself is amazing, everything is thought out to fulfill all your holiday needs. The secret bathroom is quite hard to find at first but, we found it eventually, nice touch. Thanks to Rossi for dealing with any requests promptly. All in all a really enjoyable Holiday, thanks to Val & Andy for sharing your lovely Villa with us Holiday makers!!."

"Our stay was great for many reasons. Location - this house is in a quiet residential area, away from roads and busy tourist areas,perfect if you want peace, quiet and privacy. There is plenty of space (secure behind an electric gate) for parking a car, which you’ll need if you’re staying this far from the main resort areas. Small convenience stores nearby with the larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. House and grounds - the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the layout is great with enough space to ensure you’re not falling over the top of one another. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped and contains pretty much everything you need for holiday catering. The patio area is enormous so you can follow the sun all day. The pool is built into the volcanic rock landscaping with no pool cover so you do have to scoop out leaves/debris if it’s been windy. Jose who manages the property comes to clean to pool and ensures he's not disturbing you. If you have very small children you'd have to keep a constant eye on them as there's no way to isolate the pool area or the wider gardens. The outdoor shower and small laundry room with WC mean you don't have to traipse back through the house to the bathroom if you've been in the pool. Comms/contact - Jose provided several recommendations and was super-kind when I left some items behind, ensuring I got them back before my flight. "

"Excellent villa for two families with teenage boys staying for fortnight. Clean property and good size (warm!) pool which was well maintained throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds and the addition of fans during our stay was appreciated. Rural location with great views of volcano and coastline, no concerns with disturbing others or others disturbing us! Very close to airport (10 mins) but no noise from air traffic. The villa's location was ideal for exploring the island and activities with the boys. Local supermarket in Tias has everything you need. Fantastic outdoor BBQ kitchen which was used repeatedly during our stay, the multiple outdoor seating areas worked well throughout the day with plenty of shade. The villa would benefit from an additional sofa in the lounge area and some cushions for the sun loungers to make the hard job of lounging around more comfortable!"

"Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily. "

"Lovely Villa in good location with beautiful views you can see the planes landing at the airport but very little if any noise. Easy access to Tías Centro by taxi 4 euros and Puerto del carmen approx 13 euros. There is a good hyperdino supermarket in Tías centro with a couple of good restaurants and a lovely coffee shop. The Villa itself is huge and has a nice games room,big kitchen and a lovely roof terrace where you can watch the sunset. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this Villa especially if you want peace and quiet but easy access to more lively places. The lovely owners partner Sadika was so kind and showed us around to different places and picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. Thank you again Sadika. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool was not heated as stated so we did not use as it was too cold but the hot tub was amazing and made up for it."

"We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport."
