"Prosecco on arrival. Beautiful room (terrible view but we weren’t in the room much). Huge choice at breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool (get up early to secure a sun lounger). Great cocktails, everything very reasonably priced. Superb location minutes from beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. First adults only experience, very quiet chilled vibes."

"The Royal Level extras were outstanding. The food and service in the RL asana restaurant was 5 star. The RL pool was the only heated one, this was very necessary in the Lanzarote wind. Our room looked out to the power station and it was very very quiet which I appreciated. "

"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable. "

"We've just spent 10 days in this fabulous villa. The pictures don't do it justice - it's airy and spacious, with beautiful artworks in all the rooms. Clear instructions were sent for access arrangements, and Maritsa, who looks after the house, couldn't have been nicer, despite her not having much English and us not having much Spanish! She did a thorough clean halfway through our stay, including the pool, which had suffered in the high winds and rain the day before. Everything was spotless. The main bedroom is huge and has an ensuite bathroom with a good shower, and our friend was very happy with the second bedroom/bathroom. There is a third bedroom, but we weren't using it, so it was understandably locked. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses/plates/mugs/utensils - do be careful if you're tall, we hit our heads on the ceiling over the counter several times, but we got used to it! Don't be put off by the reviews that say you need a car - if you want to visit the rest of the island then yes, but otherwise there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a tobacco/liquor store all within a 10-minute walk (and we walk slowly), and being further away from the main street meant that our stay was blissfully quiet. The only tiny niggle was the lack of clothes hanging space - there was only one wardrobe available and it was half-length, so I couldn’t hang up my dresses. But it's a very minor issue, and we would be delighted to stay here again, if the owners will have us!"

"Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool - was fun to watch the games. I would recommend staying here. "

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general. I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again."
