"Big thank you to Ana, after a lovely stay at this perfectly located little Villa. The almost direct access to the beach, is so convenient and the Villa has access to some gorgeous views from the terrace outside. Ana was incredibly welcoming, super helpful and gave us everything we needed to really enjoy our stay in Lanzarote. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and came stocked with everything needed for a week long stay. I cannot recommend this enough if you are coming to Lanzarote but want to avoid the tourist traps. Puerto del carmen is still only a short bus ride away, if you want a couple of more lively evenings. But the villa is located in such a lovely peaceful and tranquil spot."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Our flight was delayed and our host switched from in person to remote check in without fuss. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has everything you might need for a perfect family holiday with all the kitchen equipment required to feed a family. The village is charming and the Bodeguita lovely, the small shop has most items for day to day and you are not far from 2 x Hiperdino. The villa is spacious with plenty of room to spread out - we travelled as 6 adults but even then, there was room to relax alone if that is what you wanted. The pool is a good size and the hot tub happily accommodated us all. The view is fantastic. We sat for hours watching the airport traffic coming and going, despite the view of the airport, there is no problem with noise. We had a couple of technical issues during the stay - these are common in the village way of life, but our lovely host Tobias was rapidly available to solve these remotely. I have been visiting Lanzarote for many years and have stayed at a number of different properties across the island; I have to say that this is probably the nicest we have stayed at and we very much hope to return soon. Thanks for a fabulous stay!"

"Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily. "

"Overall my family had a great stay. pros and cons Pros- right on beach in central location close to grocery store. Pool was heated Villa looked like pictures but needs updating. Outdoor area is great and all rooms have independent AC which was nice. Cons- Not a private villa, it is the first floor of a two story house. There is someone living upstairs with a noisy pet bird. Since it is a shared house you can not enter from the street only from the beach which was confusing upon arrival and difficult to transport luggage and groceries. It is 3 bedrooms and a living room It was musty when we arrived and a bit tired, could have been aired out. Shower handle is broken And kept falling when trying to shower so needs to be fixed. There is no welcome book so had to google how to use washer. I did a lot of research when looking for our Lanzarote villa and many reviews talked about hosts charging for surprise extras Iam not sure if it is common place or if there was a true miscommunication but our host left only 2 towels for our family of 6. We reached out immediately and we were told our reservation was for 1 person and we owed an additional $1000 for our “extra people”. We had made a proper reservation on Vrbo and even completed the check in process using host link which required passport info of guests. The host sent a pay sight outside of Vrbo for additional payment. We sent screen shots of reserv and payments and host apologized. Seemed like a money grab and left a bad taste."
