Fantastic Villa
We had the most wonderful holiday at the Conil Villa, it was so well equipped and super clean and spacious. We couldn't fault it. You are guaranteed to have a really wonderful holiday staying in this Villa.

Perfect holiday
The villa is in a lovely quiet location but not too far to travel by car into Tias or Puerto Del Carmen. Villa has everything you could need and plenty of space. Outside area is fabulous with a lovely large pool, seating and sun loungers. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend.

Great pool home near Puerto del Carmen
The house is luxurious and laid oit for entertainment. There is one ensuite bedroom downstairs off the split level lounge (mind your step as there is a 0.5 metre drop). Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The house has every convenience for a family or for sharing by two or three couples. A car is essential, as Tias is a few km away and the beaches, pubs and shopping in Puerto del Carmen is a further 5 or 6 km.

Relaxing, Spacious - not a disappointment
This is a beautiful villa in a quiet residential street. Lovely bedrooms with serious black-out blinds. Unfortunately, strong winds during our visit meant the bedrooms upstairs and down were impossibly noisy overnight. Relaxing living space and charming outdoor areas. A negative aspect is the dirty upholstery on the comfortable sofas. These need a good dry clean and replacement over-covers. Although the bedlinen was clean, the pillow protection covers underneath were stained & smelly and needed a boil-wash before use. Hence, I was pleased to have a washing machine for our first day!! Overall a great stay and would consider returning in future.

Beautiful Villa
My husband and I stayed with our son, his wife and their 2 children - 8years and 6months. The accommodation is really well laid out, light and airy and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in - with a bbq and grill provided too; we made use of these most days. The outside pool area is spacious and also well equipped and we appreciated having outdoor towels for the pool too. The location was perfect for us - quiet location and a lovely neighbourhood. The Villa benefited from a nice breeze and sun on the pool all day. We were about a 10-15 minute drive from Puerto Del Carmen. We had a car but also used local taxis when we went out - they were easy to get hold of and very prompt too. It was about 15 euros into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. Communication from Jean-Luc and Juan was prompt and super helpful which was definitely appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this bill and we are already looking at planning our next trip.

Absolutely AMAZING Villa
This was quite honestly one of the best holidays we have ever had!! The villa was AMAZING and had absolutely everything we could need. The ONLY thing that would have been very much appreciated was if there had been a couple of bottles of water left in the fridge for our arrival (we didn't arrive at the villa until midnight so had to wait until the next morning to pick up supplies). The pool was fantastic and a lovely temperature. Our son enjoyed playing in it every day, as did we!! The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The views from the villa are stunning and the area was SO quiet!! Neighbours were friendly although we didn't see much of them! A car is definitely a must but getting around was super easy and there were so many shops and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Lanzarote is stunning and this villa made a fantastic base to explore the island. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Jean-Luc is a wonderful host and communication was very prompt, professional and helpful. Overall a 5star stay for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Large villa in a nice location
Location good but would recommend a car to get around. The villa is very large, with lovely outdoor area and heated pool. Kitchen was great with everything you need. The only fault we had was having no hot water, this was on and off (mostly off) which left us with cool showers and Luke warm baths. But overall good villa holiday

Lovely villa
Property was ok but all the furniture needed either a good clean or completely replacing. Upstairs terrace was unusable after day 2 because of the amount of bird poo. The plastic bird deterrents on the rafters had perished so it quickly became an area that we couldn’t use. Listing stated that there was a hot tub- there wasn’t one - after being told by the owner that it was an error by Vrbo the owner finally admitted he’d made an error when completing the listing. Didn’t feel that I could contact the owner with other issues. We stayed for 17 nights in July - it was extremely windy while we were there. We could only sit out for 2 evenings at the villa. We had to drive down to the coast to enjoy the evenings. I should have researched better- perhaps it’s not as windy during other months. Looking at the previous reviews we had similar issues to others - water turned off for a day / power to ac tripping in the evenings / rattling windows due to wind - all of which should have been resolved by the owner when first raised. Property needs some attention to get back to it’s once luxury status

wonderful 2 weeks in August 2024 enjoyed the beautiful villa in a wonderfully quiet location, and yet all amenities in the area. the villa was in good condition and well cleaned on arrival! enjoyed the heated pool and garden with lots of privacy. we certainly hope to come back again! Une belle découverte
Nous sommes arrivés pour un séjour de 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Les indications de l'aéroport à la maison etaient très utile car les rues ne sont pas forcément indiqués. La récupération des clefs est très pratique et l'alarme est facile à désactiver. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Les accessoires pour la piscine sont appréciables, cela évite des achats supplémentaires. Le vent a soufflé fort quelques jours mais ne nous a pas non plus empêchés de dormir. Il n'est pas possible de manger en terrasse le soir à cause du vent mais la salle à manger et très accueillante et les lumières qui peuvent être réglées en intensité sont pratiques. L'aller permet de facilement garer 2 voitures indispensables pour visiter l'île. La maison est situé près d'un terrain de basket et 2 foots avec un petit espace de balancoire, sympa pour une mini sortie nocturne avec les enfants. Il y a des commerces et de bons petits restaurants à proximité. Enfin la maison est idéalement situé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Het is een mooie villa met een hele centrale ligging, perfect om het eiland te ontdekken. Dichtbij enkele kustplaatsen om te genieten van terras, zon & strand. Contactloos inchecken is heel goed opgezet. Het zwembad wordt inderdaad lekker verwarmd (*). Binnen was alles netjes gepoetst. De meerdere (kleine) gebreken doen wel enorm af aan het eerste idee. Heel jammer, want mits een paar controles en kleine renovaties is dit een geweldige woning en locatie. (Ik had het idee dat er wat verwaarlozing aan de gang is): - Bij het binnen komen hing er een muffe geur in heel de woning. Na een tijd verluchten opgelost in de woonkamer, maar niet boven. De muffe, vochtige geur blijft terug komen. - Het terras boven was heel vuil en langere tijd niet gepoetst, het lag vol vogelpoep Het terras beneden was ook niet heel proper, vogelpoep. We hebben zelf geschuurd. - Het zwembad was warm, maar ook niet echt proper en zeker niet recent voor ons verblijf gepoetst. Na enkele dagen werd het water koud en heel groen. Op de avond voor ons vertrek is de poetsdienst gekomen en bleek dat de pomp en verwarming waren uitgevallen. Iets met de zekering. - Badkamer op eerste verdiep ruikt enorm naar de afvoer - De keukenvoorraad was niet volledig. Het is een goed idee om mensen te vragen naar Ikea te gaan als er iets stuk gaat, maar dat wordt duidelijk niet uitgevoerd. - Het toilet op gelijkvloers staat los - Doucheslang boven is stuk - Zowel in douche als bad is er aanslag / roest - Er zit geen glas meer in de keukendeur, waardoor de deur eigenlijk overbodig wordt - In de keuken is er een echt probleem met mieren. Wanneer je iets laat staan, zelfs in dozen, kan je het de volgende dag in de vuilbak gooien Onze vakantie op Lanzarote was fantastisch, maar we hebben dan ook heel veel uitstappen gedaan. Als je echt van plan bent om de meeste tijd in de woning te spenderen, zou de ervaring minder aangenaam zijn.
