"I feel compelled to share this review across platforms because this resort truly deserves recognition. My sincerest thanks to the incredible staff for making this holiday unforgettable. The level of attention we received far exceeded expectations—there were so many staff members that it felt like a 3-to-1 ratio with guests! Special thanks to Yojandi and Karmen at the coffee shop for their smiles and lovely chats, Prenda Lis, Ivan, and Mauricio for their fantastic drinks, Emma for her warm hospitality, and Ivan at the towel station for his excellent beach service. Despite heavy rain throughout our stay, we had an amazing time—a testament to the hotel and its staff. Set on the beautiful Cayo Levantado, the resort blends traditional charm with sustainable, modern touches. The lush gardens, immaculate rooms, and comfortable furnishings reflect exceptional attention to detail—the best I’ve experienced in the Caribbean. The spacious rooms were pristine, with thoughtful touches like nightly turndown gifts. Dining was exceptional, rivaling fine restaurants in Europe. The beach was stunning, the loungers comfortable, and the wellness activities outstanding. Outdoor yoga in the serene Yubarta area was a highlight, thanks to Carla and her team. Suggestions: Add more Dominican music at the beach to enhance the Caribbean vibe. Overall, this was the best hotel stay ever, and I can’t wait to return. "Beautiful location and resort in Samana. The hotel needs some renovations, specially the bathrooms are old and outdated. The All Inclusive package needs a new name since there are items on the food and drinks list that are not included. The best part besides the views are definitely the people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and definitely will be back. Thank you Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 for another great vacation!"
