"This hotel is really bad hotel. It’s dirty, fridge does not work, dirty pillows and the breakfast is really poor. Hotel workers are arrogant! In the kitchen is a mess and nobody cares to clean up. I have stayed for 2 nights and on the second night there was no eggs, no cups for juice( coloured water), no cheese and coffee was really bad. Brad was not fresh and mostly sweet bans. "

"Other than an excellent hotel in a very central area, I was impressed by a very attentive staff. Was dazzled by the hotel presenting a lovely cake to my son when we came down for breakfast on his birthday. All they had to go on was his date of birth during registration - wow! "

What stood out to me was the way the employees from the front check-in to the housekeepers to those in the breakfast area, just everyone. Diego at the front desk stood out with his exceptional service and eagerness to help with anything. The others as well but he was there most of the time I need help. This will be my place to stay now when I visit!"
