"We loved staying in this home . It was a perfect location to get to all of our activities, close to restaurants. The pool was wonderful and the kitchen gave us the option to cook a nice breakfast a couple of mornings. The only suggestion I have is that the steps going into the pool were a little slippery and one of our friends actually slipped going into the pool. It might be great to add a hand rail. Overall, we absolutely loved our time in Costa Rica!"

"We enjoyed this new townhome. The management team was Very helpful with the locating of the home( it was challenging for us) the check in, and dinner reservations. They also coordinated a driver to take us to and from dinners. The only downside was that there is construction all around and it starts really early in the morning and goes all day."

"You will need to have a car to stay at this unique property in La Fortuna. It is the perfect home to rent if two families or a large group of friends are traveling together. The home was clean. The common spaces were a little small, so it makes a great place to rest your head at night but not to hang out as a group. It is a quick drive into La Fortuna and all the activites in the area. "Small property that worked great for two adults and two small children. Put us closer to Mistico bridges and zip lining. Small kitchen worked for cooking very basic meals. The restaurant next door was great for lunch. The market, however, only has snacks/drinks and not the basic necessities. Close to main road so expect to hear traffic "

About 45 to 1 hour from most activities in La Fortuna which is not a bad drive. Some good restaurants nearby. The only downside was we only got to use the hot tub for a few hours on two days of our 4 day trip because it was not supposed to be part of the listing so verify availability of the hot tub if that...

"The house is so cute and cozy! It has everything that you may need for your stay. From the kitchen to the different rooms, everything is set. It is private and the lake was indeed in front. It was clean and the communication with the owner was very easy. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, that is absolutely your place. We got rainy days which made it hard to enjoy the lake. It was also far from activities so anywhere we wanted to go took us at least an hour and a half. "
