"Hotel Palmas is a nice resort property on the beach. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. The room and premises were very clean and we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants in town. We also enjoyed treatments at the small spa at the hotel. "

"Property is conveniently located in central Los Barilles. Beautiful setting well manicured lawns and trees surrounding the entire property. Outdoor pool patio area is excellent for laying out and just enjoying the sea of Cortes view. Restaurant upstairs was excellent. Staff was out of their way friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Pricing was decent as well. "

"The location is amazing with beach access, dive shop, kiteboarding school downstairs and it is some view to wake up to. The condition is not as good as a chain hotel but that’s expected in a fishing village. The staff is simply heart warming. They will do their best to make you feel at home. "This listing was La Paz and it is NO WHERE near La Paz. It is up the coast from Los Barriles. Very remote, quiet and peaceful. Great place to step away from the world."
