"Stray dogs from the street came in and defaecated on the carpet upstairs, outside our bedroom door. The owner removed the mess but the carpet was stained and no attempt was made to clean it using disinfectant. The breakfast provided was poor with no ham, cheese or cereals so we had to bring our own although there were no kitchen facilities available. The bedroom was very small with insufficient space between beds, made worse by the need to move one bed to access the electrical socket. A...
