"It is a nice hotel but no toiletries were available in my room other than shower gel and lotion. The staff is very nice and helpful! The food was good. The bed was very good and the shower power was great! "

"Great hotel within easy walking distance of the centre El Calafate. We stayed in September and, while it was cold outside, all areas of the hotel were nice and warm. All the staff we encountered were similarly very warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast was a little limited in terms of savoury options, but was perfectly adequate. The pool area was clean and the water was a good temperature; it's just a pity that it's not open in the morning for days when one isn't heading out early. Overall though, we found the hotel offered very good value for money and would certainly stay there if we visit the region again in the future. "
