"Fabulous hostel, really warm mid winter - both in the room and common areas, fireplace, the dogs were an unexpected boon! Modern rooms with excellent floor heating - exactly what you want/need after a long day out in Patagonian winter! Good food in the restaurant (arepas!), hot dishes included in the free breakfast, amazing views, reasonably-priced laundry service. Short walk to the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be happier."

"This hotel is old and basic. Some areas are in poor shape, there was water damage, it has poor insulation and it got very hot, there was no AC or even enough fans for individual rooms. Employees cannot do much for their guests because the multiple problems have been reported many times and repairs are not made."
