"Probably my fault, but I was surprised no TV, micro, or fridge. Staff was very kind, but they knew I double booked by mistake and didn’t mention it until I arrived. Again, my fault, but they have a 3 day cancellation policy and when I tried to shorten the duplicated reservation (dates after 3-days) they would not. That was disappointing, but ultimately my fault.
