We struggled with getting information on how to check-in. We arrived at 2 am and host asked us to call 30 minutes prior to arrival and meet for keys. "This house was perfect for our family of four. Downstairs there’s a private bathroom and open air kitchen along with a plunge pool and a separate facility for laundry. There’s a covered sitting areas that’s really nice as well. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate entrances and hammocks. The property is fully fenced in with gated access. We felt very safe. "

"The host is wonderful! A few fresh fruits, snacks and waters welcomed up when we checked in. She was so prompt on getting back to us quickly. The property is up on a hill and we got many opportunities to sit out back enjoying the volcano view. The property has its own private gate to pull car in at night. "This was the perfect stay for my fiancé and I and our friends. We are loved it. Good pool and adequate kitchen utensils. Ac worked really well. Only thing we found difficult was finding the home. However we opted to check in ourselves and it was nighttime which made it a bit difficult. I will say had we checked in by going to the office first I’m sure it would have been far easier. "Very nice place. Can fit a large group. Definately feel you are in the rain forest while having modern amenities. Has everything you need. Close to the hot springs and not far from town. Have to be ok with occasional small lizards and small bugs in the house but that is an authentic rain forest. The italian place near by has good pizza."
