"The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. "I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots...

"We stayed here for five days as a family during winter. It is a quiet neighborhood and while not right downtown, there are different options to take public transportation to downtown. There are a few grocery stores on the corner. The apartment is spacious and check in was easy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response...

"The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended"

Lovely midweek break

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
