The staff also could have been more friendly, however they did let us check in early which was nice. The rooms were clean and its walking distance to the station leading to NY. "

"Our room 4009 was great, yes it was small but that's to be expected in NYC, my husband, baby, and I all were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and the shower head was actually high for tall people. Our room had a water view and a city view which we loved plus it was away from the elevators, we did not want a room in front the elevators. People complained about the elevators but we had zero issues Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning elevators were busy and took a little bit to get down but that was a peak day and we were not in the hotel that day at all to care. We will definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay. "
