"The place is very nice, clean and the beds are ok. Too soft for my test, others might enjoy it Kitchen has plenty of stuff for cooking, it just missed the coffee:(. Sofa in the living room IS SOOOO BAD, old and very uncomfortable and the leather is pulling off the sofa! For the amount of money that we paying for the stay, they should invest in a better sofa. There a major crack in the Tiles going across in the master bathroom and small pieces starting the break off and my grandson almost cut...

"It was great being close to ski resort. With enough snow you can ski all the way to The Meadows. The room itself, is out dated compared to the others. The bed was not comfortable but we managed. The kids loved their beds. The room was much larger than expected. It had everything we needed. The fire place was nice to have. The brothers who helped us after hours were very communicative and called us back every time. Overall, it was a good trip for what we came there for which was to ski!"

"Just as advertised, 4 comfortable rooms, great long range view of Lake Tahoe. Few minutes from a convenience and liquor store. Great communication and customer service. Had no issues besides asking questions at check in which was via phone/keypad. Only thing to note is it’s on the 3rd floor. So you’ll have a few flights of steps. 10/10 would stay again"

"We had a great trip at this property. Very beautiful spot with a short walk to the public beach. The private area is more for just jumping in the lake, but you can walk to a larger beach area next door. Amenities were great, kids loved the pool and lawn area. Plenty of space in the house. You will hear some road noise from the highway as it's behind the property, FYI. So not as secluded as some Tahoe properties, but it was still very relaxing and a lovely view. A lot of reviews made me worried...
