"The house is large but cozy. The view over the lake is amazing. Half our tribe went snowboarding at Palisades and the rest of us stayed in and watched the snow accumulate, and boy did it. Very good communication with owner. We had a great time. Because there were 10 of us, a few more comfy chairs or beanbags in the living room would be nice. Snowplow for driveway was much appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. "Gary’s property was perfect for our family of 3 humans and 2 little dogs. Seemed very safe around, just be on the lookout for bears (like anywhere in Lake Tahoe) though we didn’t encounter any! The chalet itself was super cozy, comfortable and Gary was very communicative if we needed anything. Definitely recommend for a nice, cozy, clean, comfortable stay. My 6 year old daughter especially loved it!"

"The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable....

"House was excellent for our family ski trip. Only major issue was check-in. Door codes were incorrect and it took us about 40 minutes to enter. Local contact was unavailable. We were able to contact owner thru vrbo who provided access. Also, there were only 12 towels for 12 people. But, the house met all our needs very well."
