"We were in New Orleans just for a night for a quick trip and booked this VRBO. The place had 3 bedrooms for 3 adults and worked out great. The communication from the VRBO was extremely quick and very informative. As not familiar with the area i was a little worried about safety. No issues though."

"Our stay at Roami Luzianne was almost perfect - quiet, clean, convenient.... It was so nice to have the room to move about too - much, much larger then a hotel room. And with a full kitchen and combo dinning and living room...we could not have asked for more. The only draw back was there was only one coffee cup - for the two of us (easily remedied.......) We will stay again for sure."

"The house was spotlessly clean and everything worked. It had everything that we needed, but it was shabbier than the pictures showed it to be. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and not walking distance to any restaurants or shopping. We were a bit afraid to walk around at night. But it was a short drive to the things we wanted to see and do. We never saw our host but he was very quick to respond and help. It was good value but if you are older, it is not easy getting up all those stairs with...

"The instructions to get in were clear. The guidebook was trusty. The rental was clean and centrally located, making it easy to either hoof it or get a short ride to our destination. Would definitely book again. "

I would suggest 2 things:Update pamphlets and local info as well as a note of welcome and instructions for dishwasher and micro/oven and pool usage . 2-since you can cook , it would be nice to have a pedestal based table between chairs for meals together. "This was a great place to stay right in the middle of the French Quarter. Walking distance from most, if not all, the attractions and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend staying here. The only issue is that the building where the room is located reeks of cigarette smoke. Probably from the other tenants. But the room itself was really clean and comfortable. Highly recommend from anyone looking to spend a weekend in the French Quarter. "

"Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical."
