"The experience was beyond imagination and one that forced us to pay $$$ at a hotel on a major football weekend. Just could not stay here and subject ourselves to the absolute filth of the place. The issue list is lengthy- could not access to the apartment on late check-in ( most likely a double booking ). No bath towels, only one half roll of toilet paper in the apartment , no bed sheets in the master bedroom, multitude of bugs crawling all over the floor & sink to the lingering smoke (...

"The property comes at reasonable price and is well connected with the bus routes. Close to LSU and plenty of stores, gas station and food options near by. The location is okayish. The house is clean and well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Yes cooking is possible here. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful and accommodating of our small dog, the space was very comfortable and roomy, and the grounds were absolutely lovely. "The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
