"The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"When we arrived, we texted contact to gain access. I was yold that property was double booked and did I want a refind. I stated refund would be appropriate. I slso applied trip protection to this rental. Please assist me in resolving tjis issue."
