"It took them more than 45 minutes to get me into the rental and until then I was to wait outside in the cold. No wash cloths, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, and hardly any normal kitchen supplies to use if I wanted to. Stay someplace that had a front desk and not with someone who is not onsite at all times. The home was not even cleaned before my arrival. Dirt on the floor, cleaning supplies left on counter with sponge on the floor, trash on the grounds, etc... I never heard a thing...
