Great location for walking to Hyde Park, the Tower, the Cathedral, many nearby restaurants and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops right out front of the hotel. I didn't use the pool area/bar (this seems more suitable for twenty-something year olds who are there to PARTY). A bit of a party house but it did NOT make my stay uncomfortable.The lift was not working (but staff did the heavy lifting).
