"Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. The amenities were great. Really liked the gym, hair studio and the accessibility to downtown, The Rock and the Circular Quay. It was refreshing that they had a US adapter available and water on demand. The nightly turn down service was also very nice and everyone from the bellman to room service were friendly and exceptional.
