"Our stay was great. I must say that customer service there is absolutely amazing. Although valet is $60 per 24 hours, they make you feel extremely valued. There are offsite parking options if you don’t mind a brief walk. You can pretty much walk everywhere so if you don’t have to have a car, I wouldn’t rent one. We only used our rental once outside of airport travel."

"The outdoor pool is huge and heated. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was friendly. The room was decorated very nicely with appropriate outlets. The room never cooled below 73 though. So check that first. The shower head is very low. The location is close to the river and the mall. We would definitely stay again. "

"Decided to stay here after reading many reviews. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel smelled very good when you walked in. The valet was fast and there was plenty of parking all around (This was in January so..). I wouldn't pay to upgrade to a "River walk view" as all you could see was a stagnet trash puddle basically. Rooms were small but clean and quiet and the showers were nice. Would stay there again."
