"The staff here was very nice - excellent. But when we checked in and put our suitcases in our room, within 5 minutes, a tow truck had booted our car. We had just arrived and hadn't yet put our parking tag on our car. It seemed VERY aggressive. We stopped him in time, but if we hadn't, this wouldv'e been horrible. The property is near the Market Square and that's adorable - great food and shops - a must see. We walked to the. River Walk - about 15 minutes - an easy walk. All around good....

"The staff is fantastic! Anthony was at the check in desk and made us feel very welcome. The only negative was our corner street side room was very noisy between 4-6 am with the garbage trucks. We will stay there again but maybe not in that room. The hotel is pet friendly and easy to manage our dog."
