"The hotel provided five-star treatment throughout my stay. Our room on the 13th floor offered a spectacular view overlooking the river and the O2. The accommodation was immaculately clean with a spacious bathroom. While I didn't use the gym during this visit, it's excellently equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The breakfast featured an extensive buffet with options to satisfy every palate"

"Our check in was great. Lorraine, at reception was very nice and helpful. We were able to hold our luggage before our check in as we had booked a nearby tour at the Tower of London. The gentleman who took care of our luggage was nice too. Once we were able to enter our room our bags were brought to our room and the gentleman showed us around our apartment. It was the quietest apartment/room we have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and the kitchen well...
