"Alot better then I expected it too be, my son loved the smart bed, all staff were extra friendly and down to earth, clean staff cleaned daily, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and handy so you didn't to bring your own, Only thing with is a minor fridge isn't very cold but done the job, Aslong as price don't go to silly this will definitely be our new hotel to stay in when visiting London as good location too "

"Nice hotel, but not really boutique 😄 Location is good, 15 minutes walk to underground and 10 to overground. Good bus service on main road taking you to Liverpool Street. Getting access to room was different, you have to go to Thai Restaurant, where you are given codes to enter the hotel area. Staff took me to the room, which was good but no reception. "Location is very convenient for the overnight trips I need to do to the office. Pod is small, but if you only intend to sleep it’s perfect. There is good communal space, which I didn’t make use of but is available. 2 toilets and a shower for the 12 single occupancy pods, even with the morning rush it wasn’t too hectic."

"The property was very clean. The beds very comfortable I had a room with an en suite. The building was very secure and asked for ID at the 24 hour manned reception desk. I was a lone female traveler and I felt very safe the whole time. The staff are friendly and helpful. "
