"I have been staying at this location for business and couples vacation with my soon to be wife. Love the atmosphere parking is so easy and accessible. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Can’t think of another place that I would rather stay in my future trips to Las Vegas. I recommend this location. As it’s family friendly. And quiet if you’re here for business."

"This place is perfect for a single or a couple who want a comfortable place cloae to the strip, but not on it. Dave is a wonderful host. He immediately responded to our request for more coffee,. "The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. "Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15-20 minutes from the downtown core and about 10 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the property. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, such as dishes, utensils, pots/pans. "Very cozy efficiency apartment style extended stay hotel room. We arrived after midnight, way past the front desk hours due to our flight being delayed, yet there was someone who was able to check us in and we got to our room. It was the best service!"
