"I am reviewing far from my stay time. Location was good being on the strip but back further with kids. Clean but would say it could use an upgrade in terms of normal wear and tear. We noticed small things like wallpaper peeling, dings on the furniture, scratches on the surfaces, missing wood paneling under the fridge. We did have a problem with the shower not draining but the fixed it fast and said it was a frequent problem. "

Conveniently located near the MGM Grand with indoor hallways connecting us to the other towers and the main Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"Loved the location. Close to everything. Quiet. Very clean. Spacious for 2 plus people. Area of concern - one of the condo owners said the neighborhood has been going down a little bit over the last few years and we can see that. To be clear, the condo is fantastic! But there was never anyone in the office in the 2 months we stayed there. And we never saw security - not once. Over all - it was an absolute blast. And we cant thank the owners enough."

"Everything was pretty good here. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing upon arrival and had to wait a few hours for it to get fixed but that wasn’t too bad. The view from the room isn’t fantastic as it’s on the 3rd floor but otherwise we had a great stay."

"This is our 4th stay at MGM Signature Suites. All of the units are very clean and have everything we need. We feel safe and secure here and MGM is only a 12 minute walk, underground. Valet attendants are very friendly and efficient with parking our car. Matt was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again."
