"This was our favorite stay in Iceland because of the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and local feel! We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, and while the downstairs bedroom was small, there was plenty of space in the living room, kitchen, and dining room. We ate dinner and breakfast at the guesthouse and both were delicious! We liked the Landi moonshine so much (it is so smooth to drink!) that we bought some to bring home with us. We also enjoyed the beers and the local Icelandic folklore...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bjarg. The best way to describe our room is homey. We were greeted at the door by the owner (I wish I knew his name) He told us stories about the area, suggested sites to see, told us about when he worked on a fishing vessel... We thoroughly enjoyed listing to his stories. The room, though not very big, was clean, and everything was in good working order. It felt like we were staying with friends at their house. We had a room with an attached bathroom....
